A new timeline has been established for the rollout of the recently agreed-upon salary increment This revised schedule aims to bring clarity to the implementation process, which will benefit teachers and public service workers.

The payment process, although delayed, is expected to be completed soon. Teachers and public service workers are anxiously awaiting their updated salary adjustments, which will reflect the negotiated salary enhancements. 

These adjustments will not only benefit individual workers but also contribute to the overall improvement of the education sector.

Payment Schedule Update

According to insiders, the necessary payments, including back pay, are being processed. However, the initial March 2025 deadline will not be met. This development is a significant step towards fulfilling the commitments made to teachers and public service workers, who are eagerly awaiting these payments.

The payments, which will include arrears accumulated from January to March 2025, are now expected to be made in April 2025, bringing long-overdue financial relief to those who have been anxiously awaiting reimbursement.
